FORMULA ELECTRIC @ BERKELEY

CHASSIS AND ERGONOMICS ENGINEER

A. ERGONOMICS RIG

A successfully functioning vehicle cannot happen without planning and testing. As a part of the ergonomics team, I helped build this adjustable structure out of wooden planks and 80/20 in order to find constraints for the rest of the team.

B. STEERING WHEEL

The steering wheel is the most important part of the car for the driver and needs careful consideration on its material and controls to allow for the best possible driver performance during the race.

C. ACCUMULATOR COOLING SYSTEM

As the accumulator carries the batteries that power the entire vehicle, cooling becomes essential in preventing system failure. Through thermal analyze and mass flow rate calculations, I am coming up with the most space efficient and cost effective solution for accumulator cooling.

MECHANICAL ENGINEERING INTERN - AUTOMATION TEAM

As a part of a fast growing composites startup, I designed and prototyped multiple components to aid the automation of the manufacturing process.

Unfortunately these projects are nondisclosable a part of my NDA

TRUBOTICS

ROBOTICS ENGINEER

This is where my excitement for engineering started, that I too was capable of building a cube tossing, self lifting robot within only 3 months of learning. Where I learned the power of trial and error and never giving up. When I realized that there was so much creativity and learning ahead of me in robotics.
